Will do. The electronics are still atleast a week or 2 away. They assemble the kit, test it, calibrate the THC module, and then ship it.

To bad I've been so darn busy I haven't mounted the rack/pinion, and hardened v rails :roll:

I'm actually further along than this, as I've actually used the manual mode to cut some stuff but not in the full program mode because my DTHC isn't working right yet.

:pray: :pray: hbang I could definitely make use of a cnc table. I am doing pretty good free hand, and the drag shields do well for some things. not as good as a table will be for sure.

I know what you mean. I was using a cheap china ParkerMP with HF start. That thing pissed me off to no end. This HT Powermax 45 is sweet.

The machine cut on it's own lastnight!!! I think there's a problem with the Postprocessor output from the cam software I'm using to generate the G-code. The THC is almost fully functional and pierces and maintains voltage well.

Needless to say no pictures until it's right! :tongue:
